The site utilises the ProseAntique Font which if you do not have installed you will see the page titles and sub headings in Times New Roman. If you do not have the ProseAntique font you can download the TCOFonts.exe file containing the necessary font files. When you run TCOFonts, it will install the fonts into your Microsoft Windows Font folder.

To view video clips used on the Tai Chi Online website you will need to install Real Networks Real Player v7 or above which can be obtained from the Real Player website at http://www.real.com/player, (which there is a free version of the software) or click the relivent button below
